How cabinets ship

Orders ship LTL (less-than-truckload) on pallets out of West Plains, Missouri. How much room your order takes on the truck depends on how you buy it:

  • Flat-stacked (RTA) — cabinets ship flat, roughly 12 cabinets per pallet. This is the freight-friendly way to buy.
  • Assembled — cabinets arrive built, and assembled boxes cube about 2.5× larger: roughly 5 cabinets per pallet. You pay more freight and skip the assembly time.
  • Fronts and trim — face frames, doors and accessories ride along on the same pallet.

What the estimate means

Checkout shows a pallet-count freight estimate ($/pallet by zone — the staged build uses a flat per-pallet placeholder). A live carrier quote at checkout is on the roadmap; until then the estimate is exactly that, and a real person confirms freight before anything ships.

At the curb

LTL freight is curbside with a liftgate. Count the pallets against the order confirmation before the driver leaves, and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt — it makes the returns path fast.
